Prices

Our apartments are lovingly equipped with bed linen, hand and dish towels. They all have TV offering satellite channels and radio, dishwasher and microwave, safe and internet connection.

The above prices are valid for 2 or 4 people for a minimum stay of 5 days. For shorter stays we charge a supplement.

• we pick you up from the bus or the train station
• many hiking trails can be directly reached starting from the house

Cancellation conditions

In case you should need to cancel your reservation the following cancellation conditions apply: up to 3 months before your arrival date no costs will be charged. In the period between 3 months and 4 weeks before your arrival date we will charge 3 days. During the last 4 weeks before your arrival date we will charge 70% of your total stay. In order to be covered, in most cases, for cancellation, late arrival and early departure we recommend the ‘Red Rooster cancellation protection’.

Local tax On 1 January 2014

A local tax has been introduced in South Tyrol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount of the local tax is 1,75 euros per day per person. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and listed separately on the invoice.
